These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and micky88 ("Platform", "us"). These Terms govern your use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by micky88.

Members may also request to close their own account by contacting customer support. For voluntary closures, all eligible balances (after deducting any outstanding bonus rollover) will be returned to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Micky88 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no continuous guarantee of uninterrupted availability. While we strive to keep the platform running 24/7, occasional technical disruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, system updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Micky88 is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions, except in cases where the disruption directly results in the loss of bets already placed in the system.
• Members are solely responsible for the security of their login credentials. micky88 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to a member's account due to the member's own negligence.
• Micky88's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the preceding 12 months.
